This includes not only the main practice of tummo, but also foundational preparatory practices such as ninefold breathing and purification of the rlung, as well as trulkhor.
Through five interactive classes, participants will learn these practices amidst a live online group setting with the goal of establishing a firm foundation in the range of methods that can facilitate further cultivation in smaller group formats.
Each session will begin with recitation of ngöndro or guru yoga(s), and will be organized around a thematic focus relevant to stages of cultivation. Modifications of simple, yogic exercises will be offered.
Pre-requisites: Participation in 100-day Yuthok's Heart Teaching course (live or recorded) OR completion of Yuthok Nyingthig ngöndro (or ngöndro practice in other lineage)
If you have questions about your eligibility please write to info@sowarigpainstitute.org
