For those wishing to join Sowa Rigpa Institute's current cohort entering Year Two Sowa Practitioner Track (4 years total) in September 2021 or Sowa Rigpa Counseling Track (2 years total) beginning January 2022, please complete these three courses no later than August 1st 2021. 

Completion of these three Foundations Year courses permits you to take the entrance examination for either or both the Sowa Rigpa Practitioner program and the Sowa Rigpa Counselor Program.

Please note that both programs also are by application, and the Counselor program also includes an interview process to determine whether the student and the program are a good match. The intention is to keep a small, engaged, and cohesive cohort for these intensive programs.

For those who do not wish to join the current cohort in the fall, these courses can be completed at your own pace. It will be possible to join a future cohort at a later date with the Sowa Rigpa Institute or another Sorig Khang International center.

A certificate of completion will be issued after completion of each course. 

Please note: these courses must be completed in order. All lectures, assignments, and quizzes must be completed in sequence in order to unlock subsequent course content.
